👒 Collect the Crown near the exposed edge of the ruins near the water crossing.
🍎 Collect the Persimmon hanging from the tree high above the stairs near the water crossing.
🧩 Knock over all the glass bottles on the trail west of the water crossing.
🎥 “The Portaloo” (trigger by touching the portaloo west of the water crossing)
Check out the graffiti on the wall behind the waterfall upstream from the portaloo.
🎥 “Grapple Point!” (trigger by finding a tree with a grappling hook in it west of the portaloo)
🧩 Cross the mudslide beneath the grappling hook by using the fallen bricks.

The Donkey Farm
The Donkey Farm is the second area in the game. It ranges from the Old Salt Mine campsite in the south, up to the Jail campsite at the top of the mountain. Exploring the surroundings you can find 2 collectible Hats, 2 Collectible Fruits, 2 Stacks of Cans, and 5 Graffiti among several unique setpieces such as some stockades, some unique water and mudslide crossings, and a barn area.

Climb up the east face of this boulder to reach the graffiti. It is very slippery.

To get to the Donkey Cave, start by heading far west on the trail beneath the Old Salt Mine campsite’s two wooden steps. You'll eventually find yourself far below a barn, where mudslides have poured out of some tunnels. The cave is almost directly above the wagon in Chapter 1.
Start by heading west from the Old Salt Mine campsite.
You'll eventually need to cross some broken paths.
The cave entrance will be nearly at the end of the broken paths on your right.

This graffiti is located above the trail, west of the barn. You can reach it by following the trail that leads up to the ridge above. The image shown has the Nudity setting turned on to prevent spoilers. Turn the Nudity setting off to see the unique artwork.
Traverse the thin edge above the trail to reach the graffiti.
The graffiti is halfway across the edge on the wall.

🐤 Befriend Hewie, the Baby Chick
Hewie is one of three baby chicks. Guiding baby chicks to the end of the game will alter this save file's main menu.
From the Donkey Cave you can climb this slope and then circumnavigate a rock ridge to reach the barn. Careful, a fall here could be bad, so if you're worried, head back to the camp, and then go east to reach the barn.
Hewie is inside the barn, resting on a bale of hay.

This cutscene is triggered by falling into the circular pit outside of the barn.

Near the west entrance of the barn area is a fence you can squeeze through which will lead up toward the fire tower to the east. You can take this path or simply head east and climb up to it once you're near.
If you haven't dropped off the "World's Greatest Dad" cup from Chapter 1 yet, drop it in. Then, climb up the fire tower and peer through the telescope.

You'll find these cans headed east froom the fire tower, inside a shallow pit in the middle of the trail.

There's a large rock-colored animal on the right-hand side of the trail heading toward the Stone Basin. It'll flee once you've gotten too close.

This cutscene is triggered by stepping on Horace, a shirtless man stuck in the mudslide beneath the stone basin.
Beneath the stone basin, you'll find Horace in the mudslide on the right.

Take the trail east from here to start the next challenge.

The bucket hat is located on a rock near the bottom of the stairs that lead up to the stockades. Wear this hat during a "Camp" cutscene to play through its Dream Sequence.

The Orange hangs from a tree near the stockades. You'll need to traverse the stockades to reach it.
Start at the angled beam near the donkey.
The first crux is a small step.
The second crux isn't.

Trigger this cutscene by falling from the three wooden steps that lead toward the waterfall’s stream.

Southwest of the Stockades, and just past the stream where Nate fell screaming, is a boulder with cans on it.
Approach the boulder from the west end and start spiraling to reach the top.
You can climb it in either direction, but it's easier to spiral counter-cloockwise.
You'll traverse a full rotation before reaching the top.

Trigger this cutscene by touching the stack of rocks on the trail leading west from the waterfall’s stream.

The Crown lies at the exposed edge of the ruins where a doll rests. Wear this hat during a "Camp" cutscene to play through its Dream Sequence.
The exposed edge is the one that makes you feel unsafe.
Climb up and through these pillars.
Steal the Crown on this side.

The Persimmon is located above the watercrossing. The best way to reach it is to take the dirt ramp near the cairn. You'll see the Persimmon hanging from a tree at the top.
Start at the east end by climbing the boulders up toward the tree.
Getting to the tree isn't anything we haven't done before, so just be deliberate with your footwork.
The crux is stepping onto the tree itself, but at this point you should feel fairly comfortable. Grab the fruit and head back down to the watercrossing.

On the trail west of the water crossing, you'll find many glass bottles standing upright. Knock them all down for a secret reward, and then continue west on the same glass bottle trail.

This cutscene is triggered by following the trail west of the portaloo toward a tree with a grappling hook and a hazardous mudslide.
Head west from the portaloo to find this brick-lain trail.
Recieve the Grappling Hook from Mike to traverse the mudslide.

Instead of using the grappling hook, cross the mudslide using only the fallen bricks and raw, unyielding talent.

This cutscene is triggered by reaching the campsite at the Jail atop the mountain.

Chapter 2 Dream Sequences
Crown: Nate ordered a burger from a joint across town, but the driver canceled the delivery on him, telling him he would have to instead pick it up in person. Reluctantly, Nate walks to the burger joint, but when he gets there, he realizes he had work that day and that he had actually arrived late by accident. Neither his co-workers nor his employer are happy with him, and his first customer doesn't treat him any better.
Bucket Hat: Nate goes into a building to pee but all the restrooms are occupied and all the urinals are clogged. When he can't hold it any longer, he begins peeing in a urinal, but it fills to the brim and he's still peeing. One by one, Nate starts filling all the urinals up, but he still has more. So, Nate uses plants buckets and all manner of nearby containers until eventually retreating into the sewer. This doesn't help. He fills the entire thing up with pee.
